As someone traveling by car, I really appreciated the hotel's convenient and secure parking facilities.

Felt completely at ease and had zero issues throughout my stay.

Breackfast is good, staff helpfull

A wonderful base for one night. The staff that we encountered were great. La Spiaggetta is only a short distance to the hotel.

The value for money was great, especially considering the beautiful location and the lovely rooms. The staff treated us so well, always friendly and full of helpful information.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

This place is located in a beautiful area with stunning views of the lake. The hotel is surrounded by peaceful gardens, providing a tranquil atmosphere. I especially loved the direct access to the beach, allowing me to easily enjoy the water and relax by the lake. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace to enjoy the views. The restaurant served delicious food and had helpful waiters. The hotel also offered a range of facilities, such as a swimming pool, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance. I had a fantastic experience here.

Overall nice. The resteraunt in the hotel was a little dissapointing and the service on great. Woudl maybe have gone to the trattoria outside if I had known. Pool was good and kids loved it. Spa was fully booked so book early.

Fantastic resort/ hotel complex with lots of facilities to keep you entertained on holiday or completely relaxed if you want a quieter stay. My room was spotless and spacious considering I was a solo traveller, breakfasts were fantastic, and the pool, spa and outdoor areas were really beautiful. Dinner at the hotel was lovely and there are other cheaper options close by if you just want a bar meal and glass of wine rather than 3 courses. I would definitely go back.

My only complaint was about the friendliness of the staff. It wasnt great considering its a 4 star hotel and everything else at the resort is fantastic. On arriving I wasn't told about any of the facilities of the place: they just took my passport, gave me my room key and pointed me towards the lift. As a complete stranger to the area I only discovered some great things on the day I was leaving. Also at dinner in the more expensive in house restaurant I was ignored for 10 minutes while I waited to be seated. Eventually I had to walk in and find a waiter to ask if I could sit down. I was a solo traveller and from watching the staff interact with other guests they seem to be more interested in the french & german families - perhaps because they thought they would spend more on hotel facilities. Silly really.

The hotel was in a beautiful location by a lake, with easy access to both the town and the natural reserve nearby. The room was comfortable with a good bathroom, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, and there were facilities such as a pool and bar available for guests.

Some guests reported issues with mosquitoes in their rooms which made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel was a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The facilities were great, including lake access, a swimming pool area, and plenty of room for sunbathing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that we were well-recommended for our meals and informed about the area. We particularly enjoyed the variety of food offered at breakfast and the nearby tennis and volleyball facilities.

The wifi signal was a bit inconsistent and required frequent logins, which was frustrating at times. there were some minor issues with the room's temperature control, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at times.

Lovely hotel with smart and comfortable interiors. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The conference room had all we needed and the garden and pool area were great for our activities. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the lunch and dinner were delicious. The hotel also had an amazing spa where our guests could relax and unwind.

The view from the room wasn't great, but since we didn't spend much time in the room during the day, it didn't bother us much. The lack of taxis and buses in the area was a bit inconvenient, especially for those who had difficulty walking.
